How did i lose 27kg??

People everywhere often stops me and tell me: Wow !! you have lost so much weight!!! What did you do?? ( to the extreme that i got bored of them going on and on how much i have lost weight that i just smile and hope that i dont have to talk about its details!"
And i usually it pretty simple (i can read their mind when i say this: yeah right like i believe how do you lose that much weight when it that simple come on have common sense!!)
while i think in my mind "come on i've been on this for a year how come you dont want me to lose this much weight"!!
well not take a long time on and on about it!! so here it is so simple but you have to keep on it:
i eat whatever i want I SAY WHATEVER I WANT like in junk food and any meal with any amount of calories BUT i eat one meal a day(most times no meals just bread and cheese or whatever is in front of me) and its usually Lunch and i wont eat before i go to sleep for at least half an hour!! ( there is an exceptions to days that i have very nice meals in front of me!)!!
So far thats it!!
How simple is that when you can eat WHATEVER YOU WANT!!!

a7la diet, eat whatever u want in small tiny amounts.. bs 3lshan ma ta7remin nafsech.

oo do sports/exercise, at least 3 days a week for 1-2 hours.

totally!!!! yeah i might start on it as soon as im not cramed with skool work!!!

That is exactly what I did + not eating from Hardees,Burger King, Mcdonald's + not drinking Pepsi (I drink diet pepsi).

I eat one meal every day, if I want to eat pizza I order one large thin crust pizza + chicken wings and I eat all of it. Eating this large amount will make you full for one day exactly and you will not crave pizza for two months.

I exercise about 3-4 days per week.

I went from 112 kg to 70kg (42 kg loss) in three years.
